Do my clients need to download an app?

No. EverSet is a web app that works on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. When you create an event, you share a unique code with your clients. They sign up, and from there they can add song requests, answer your planning questions, and review the timeline right from their browser.

Can clients import their own playlists?

Yes! Clients can import playlists from Spotify or YouTube, or search millions of tracks to build their must-play and do-not-play lists from scratch.

Does EverSet have a built-in CRM?

Yes. EverSet includes a full lead pipeline CRM with Kanban boards, custom statuses, and drag-and-drop reordering. You can also send contracts with e-signatures, create professional proposals, and send branded invoices with online payment — all without leaving the app.

How does the Desktop App connect to my DJ software?

The EverSet Desktop app scans your local music folders (MP3, WAV, AIFF, etc.). It matches client requests to your local files and lets you export an .m3u playlist that you can drag directly into Serato, Rekordbox, Virtual DJ, or Traktor.

Can I import my events from Vibo?

Yes! EverSet has a built-in Vibo import tool that migrates your timelines, playlists, questions, client answers, DJ notes, and event times in minutes — no manual re-entry needed.

Does EverSet work for events beyond weddings?

Absolutely. While EverSet is optimized for weddings — the most detail-heavy events DJs handle — it works just as well for corporate events, school dances, birthday parties, mitzvahs, holiday parties, and any event where you need timelines, music, and client coordination.

Can I save and reuse event templates?

Yes. You can save any event as a reusable template — including its timeline sections, songs, questions, and headlines. When you create a new event, just apply a template to pre-populate everything and customize from there.
